Welcome to Lincoln Square! At Lincoln Square Apartments, we are dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming home for seniors aged 62 and older, as well as mobility-impaired individuals. Our mission is to offer safe, affordable housing to those with incomes that meet the federal FY limits for low, very low, or extremely low income.

We participate in the HUD Section 8 rental assistance program, which is designed to accommodate residents with a variety of income levels. Under this program, residents typically pay about 30% of their adjusted income toward rent, making housing affordable and manageable.
